"The Clue!" is a burglary-simulation developed by "and avoid panic by..." and published by NEO.

You play Matt Stuvysunt, a young man who is destined to steal England's most carefully protected treasure: The legendary Crown Jewels.

Originally the game was created for the Amiga, but after the great success it was ported to the PC. Most members of "and avoid panic by..." finally joined NEO, who did also the music for the PC version.
